Energyprotech Ltd offers Energy Performance Certificates & Air Permeability Testing for both new and existing residential dwellings and small Commercial Units up to 4000m2 of all building types nationwide. Our specialty includes testing your building envelope to achieve Part L Building Regulations and a comfortable living & working environment.
Who we are
Founded in 2012 by Stephen Mulvihill and later joined by Jack Mulvihill in 2022. We are qualified Level 4 Energy Assessors and Air Tightness Testing professionals trained to CIBSE: TM23 2022 and Passive House. We are accredited with ECMK & Elmhurst Energy.
What we do
We survey buildings and calculate the energy performance ratings and lodge the certificates on the EPC Government register. We also carry out Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) if the EPC rating is too low for rental purposes, we can advise the most economical methods for improving the EPC Rating.
We help our clients achieve optimal energy efficiency by finding air leaks in the building envelope. We offer blower door smoke testing and a full diagnostics service where we identify the air leakage rating and give recommendations for greater air tightness.
